first, i never understood my the folks in Nashville called ‘um tobogan’s. anyways. today i found a new appreciation and use, if you will, for beanies. if you know me, you know i have a beanie for every occasion. often on and when their not their often sought out.

so today im on the jobsite and im ducking through a doorway (that mind you i had already been though once and knew there was a 2″ x 8″ plank resting about 5′ off the ground right across this doorway) and i take it right in the forehead. i mean, drop you to your knees ouch! with a little bloodletting and a quick look around to see if anyone saw how cool i just was i dusted myself off wiped up the blood and put my beanie back on. i wonder if i will remember writing this…

moral of the story: beanies save lives!
