this morning my buddies and i got to do what they call First Tracks on Snowmass. what that means is that you get to go up before the general public and ride the fresh powder. it was a great run, lotsa powder and the mountain was all ours.

i’m still very much a new rider. case in point, on the chair lift up from finishing our first run you could see our tracks. there were only our 4 fresh tracks in the snow… followed by the periodic snow angel created by my eating it often and hard.
